The Westford Highway Department is responsible for all the general maintenance of the Town roads in Westford. During the winter months, the crew is ready for plowing and ice control. During the other seasons, work is done on roads, ditches, culverts and, of course, preparation for winter.
Superintendent Robert Burton coordinates the work for the crew and oversees the Highway Department.

Sitting with the tentative assessment rolls will be posted at
the Town Hall and in the Hometown Advantage, if you
have any grievances, you can make your case to the
assessor those days as well as grievance day. It is the
property owner’s responsibility to prove of a wrong or
unequal assessment.
