Greetings,

My name is Jay Franklin Mould. I am the oldest grand child of the late Peter Jay Mould and Blanche Rose Carley. I grew up in my fathers 125 acre dairy farm in Worcester, New York from December 1954 to June 1961. I visit Worcester and Westford every five years or so for the annual alumni banquets or family situations. I wanted to say and earn a living on the farm after I graduated, but due to the fact my father would not pay me anything and just provide room and board, I was told that if I wanted to leave the area, I was free to do so. So I did.....

I started off in Rockefeller Center working for "The Showplace of the Nation" Radio City Music Hall. I started as an Evening Usher, then moved up to a matinee usher. After a few months at a number of fixed posts as well as working "on the floor" and an interesting conversation for five minutes with the President of the Music Hall, I was promoted that evening to an Usher Captain with a good raise. Uncle Sam called and I I had to go into the military. I was told the advantages of enlisting rather then be drafted, though it cost me one more year, I enlisted for administrative duties. After Uncle Sam, I returned to the Music Hall as an Usher Captain then as one of the twelve assistant manages 1967 to 1970.

I then went into Banking with Marine Midland Grace Trust Company. I was in the Proof & Transit department and we proved the tellers from the thirty some branches around New York City. I learned every area of the Proof and Transit Department and I had to prove the 4 to 12 shift of all the work they took in.

On our slow nights Tue, Wed, & Thurs, we proved out 2 to 4 $Billion$ and on our busy nights Monday and Friday we usually proved out between 4 to 6 $Billion$ to the penny, No excuses accepted....... I have been in Security my last working 15 years. I have been retired since 2005.

I hope to be returning to Otsego County. I hope to purchase some real estate up in the Cooper Hills Estates and and live there. I am thinking about another real estate investment up there as well and I wanted to pass it through your office to see if it would be allowed.

I would like to build this building which could house four families. I living in one of the units.

I have been in touch with the current owner of a 58.96 acre property and waiting to hear back. This particular building would go on Thomas Road, on the open land between the house on the corner and the current wooded area on the west side of Thomas Road. it has a 406 foot Road Front. The building is only 101 foot wide and 46 feet deep. The lot having about a 517 foot depth to the road behind it.

Thank you for any information you can provide.

Sincerely,

Jay F. Mould
